EXCHANGES

If the item you have purchased does not fit and you would like to exchange it for another size, please contact us at customercare@igedo.com.au or on (07) 5592 2238 within 7 days of purchase.

You will then receive an email containing an authorisation number and instructions for returning the garment. Once we have received the product you wish to exchange, we will inspect it to confirm that it is still in its original condition before dispatching a replacement to you free of charge.

Please note that any goods that have been worn or have had their tags removed will not be eligible for exchange. Goods returned without an authorisation number will not be accepted.

Due to the delicate nature of silk and beaded garments, some items may not be eligible for exchange/refund. These items will be marked as such under their relevant description.

REFUNDS

If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, please contact us at customercare@igedo.com.au or on (07) 5592 2238 within seven (7) days of purchase.

You will then receive an email containing an authorisation number and instructions for returning the garment. Once we have received the product you wish to return, we will inspect it to confirm that it is still in its original condition before arranging for a refund via the original method of payment.

Please note that the item must be received by Igedo within seven (7) days of issue of authorisation number to be eligible for a refund. Any items received after this time frame will qualify for an online store credit only. Goods returned without an authorisation number will not be accepted.

We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs, unless the item was not as ordered or faulty.

We strongly advise that you thoroughly check the product and try it on when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted after seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

We strive to keep our website as current as possible with daily updates, however, in the event that an item you have ordered is no longer available, we will advise you within three (3) business days and refund your money in full.

PAYMENT

Online payments can be made by Visa Card or MasterCard via our online payment gateway. The payment gateway is a secure payment option utilising the latest advances in secure payment system. The system uses 128 bit SSL encryption to protect information and complies with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.

Orders placed by 4pm (QLD time) will be shipped on the same day, provided the item is in stock. If items are no longer in stock we will notify as soon as possible. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your goods have been posted. If you require your goods urgently please select the express postage option for overnight delivery in selected areas. If you would like to check that your post code is relevant for overnight delivery, please email us at customercare@igedo.com.au

Online Gift Certificates are available for purchase online and contain a unique identification code. These certificates are only available for use via our website.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY

All orders over $200 for delivery within Australia qualify for free registered postage.

For orders under $200, you may select from the following options:

Standard Post - $8

Express Post - $10

Registered Post - $12.50.

All goods are shipped via Australia Post. We recommend selecting either the registered or express post service for easy tracking of your parcel. Igedo will not accept any responsibility for parcels lost in transit by Australia Post.

If you are located in New Zealand you can select from the following options:

International Registered Post - $22.00

International Express Post - $30.00.

All goods are shipped via International Air Mail and both options are traceable.

For all other countries you may choose from:

International Registered Post - $38.00

International Express Post - $60.00.

All goods are shipped via International Air Mail and both options are traceable.

For all international customers please note that all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged accordingly. Prices do not include relevant overseas custom duties and/or other taxes you may incur.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items cannot be purchased with any other discount codes including Club Igedo subscriber’s discount code. Sale items are not eligible for refunds, so please choose carefully! Sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only; exchanges on sale items will be at your own cost both ways.
